Hola!

My name is Andy Sousa, and I’m a Cuban-born artist working in dance, modeling, and visual storytelling. I started dancing when I was nine years old, training at the Cuban National Ballet School and later performing with the Cuban National Ballet Company before moving to the United States in 2016.

From 2016 to 2020, I danced with ballet companies around the U.S., performing principal roles and learning what it meant to grow as both an artist and a person. During the pandemic, I stepped away from company life and into freelance work, which opened the door to exploring creativity beyond classical ballet. Since then, I’ve collaborated with modeling agencies in California and New York and worked on campaigns, commercials, and print projects for brands I truly admire.

I love working and collaborating with photographers and videographers. I enjoy being behind the camera just as much as being in front of it, and I’m always curious about new ways to tell stories through movement and imagery. Outside of my professional work, I also play the piano—something I now get to share with my son.
